Joy Breaks Barriers was extremely engaging and somehow got a room of 40 professionals to roll around (literally) on the floor laughing. It really was a “breakthrough” session where many people came out of their comfort zone to find comfort in outwardly feeling pure joy. Highly recommend for ice breakers and just feel good moments!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

MARCIA KRESGE, DEPUTY DEVELOPER

Wayside Out-Reach Development Inc

New York

"Esther Russell’s coaching helped me to identify the steps to accomplish our goals for the organization.  Setting up a time frame together, and discussing the roadblocks and opportunities with her helped me tremendously as our organization waded through transition in management, new IT initiatives and reviving staff meetings.  Her talent for finding the joy in the process is essential for any nonprofit leader where resources are typically low.  I learned to smile at the challenges and develop a win-win model which kept things moving forward."

"My coaching experience with Esther has not only helped me to achieve goals, but more importantly, it has enabled me to discover who I am, what makes me tick, and what those goals really are - in both my professional and personal life experience. She has the gift of being able to find the hidden treasures that allow me to achieve those goals. She actively listens and asks thought provoking questions. After each session I feel motivated and supported."

“Esther is a natural leader – a pioneer.   She puts people at ease and allows them to be the very best they can. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.  She is not only a visionary, but also an empathetic and able practitioner of her vision. She believes in the creative power of each individual, and devotes her time to facilitating just that. Esther really helped me to see that I need to value who I am and what I bring to the table; both professionally and personally. My gift to myself is to value who I am and remember it throughout my journey.”
